With the overwhelming success of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it is easy to forget that Nintendo have done amazingly well on other fronts. With the recent release of Nintendo’s financial earnings both Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition and Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics have sold over 1 million copies each.
What makes this especially impressive for these rather niche titles is that they have hit those numbers fairly quickly. Xenoblade launched back in May and managed to nab 1.32 million sales, which Clubhouse Games which released about a month ago, hit 1.03 million.
Joining the ranks of the “1 million sales club” for this quarter are, of course, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Ring Fit Adventure.
Needless to say, the ‘Big N’ has managed to rake in plenty of money this quarter, and it doesn’t look like they plan on doing so any time soon. Did you buy any of these games? Let me know what you thought of them in the comments below.
