Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the biggest Switch launch of the year thus far, and is little over a month away. Fans, curious bystanders and those just looking for a good time are all chomping at the bit to get their hands on this quirky little title. Nintendo, knowing the world is ravenous for more information, has recently announced they will be hosting a Nintendo Direct dedicated to it.
The direct will last approx. 25 minutes, revealing “in-depth” details about the forthcoming release for the hybrid wonder – the Nintendo Switch. The stream is slated to drop on Thursday, February 20th at 9am ET / 6am PT. You can catch the steam on Youtube, Twitter, Facebook or Twitch.
This is announcement is huge for the fans, as the title was originally meant to release late 2019, before being delayed to March of 2020. There has been very little information on Animal Crossing: New Horizons since, with what little Nintendo has shared, being mostly been recycled from their 2018 announcement trailer.
As it stands, Animal Crossing: New Horizons will launch on 20th March, providing no more sneaky delays occur.
